A: Each pack comes with one bundle of 85g of hair. The full view image of the blend shows the amount that is in one pack.

• How many packs do I need for a full braided style?

A: We recommend 5-7 packs for knotless box braids but please keep in mind that everyone may use different amounts of hair depending on the braider, head size, braid length and fullness of braids desired. Please use your discretion in choosing the amount of packs you need. The recommended packs is just for your reference.

• You are sold out of a certain blend/item. When will you restock?

A: Our next restock July. We will restock quarterly (January, April, July and October). If you would like a blend that is currently sold out, you may request a “custom order” through email. Custom orders do not use Princess Diamond & Co hair brand, but will use a different hair brand that is available. Please email for custom orders: pdiamondco@gmail.com

• You don’t have the blend that I want. Can I request my own colors for a custom blend?

A: We are now taking “custom orders” through email. Custom orders do not use Princess Diamond & Co hair brand but will use a different hair brand that is available. Please email for custom orders: pdiamondco@gmail.com

• Can I request a shorter or longer length hair?

      A: We currently only provide one length.
