- How much hair comes in a (1) pack?
A: Each pack comes with one bundle of 85g of hair. The full view image of the blend shows the amount that is in one pack.
- How many packs do I need for a full braided style?
A: We recommend 5-7 packs for knotless box braids but please keep in mind that everyone may use different amounts of hair depending on the braider, head size, braid length and fullness of braids desired. Please use your discretion when choosing the amount of packs you need. The recommended packs is just for your reference.
- You are sold out of a certain blend/item. When will you restock?
A: We restock quarterly (January, April, July and October). If you would like a blend that is currently sold out, you may request a “custom order” through the site or email: pdiamondco@gmail.com
- You don’t have the blend that I want. Can I request my own colors for a custom blend?
A: We are now taking personal custom orders directly through the site or through email: pdiamondco@gmail.com
- Can I request a shorter or longer length hair?
