Shipping policy

 

All orders are being shipped by USPS* and are delivered anywhere in United States (exceptions may apply).

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.

If an error is made in the shipping address by the customer, he/she will have to pay again the shipping cost to get the order reshipped to the correct address.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

 

In case of a stolen, missing or broken package, the customer must contact USPS directly and provide all required information. Once the order has been shipped and out of our possession, we are not responsible for its delivery or condition.

Shipping time: 

• United States: 2-6 business days
• United Kingdom: 7-10 business days 

*Orders may be delayed when traveling through areas experiencing severe weather conditions.
